He has over three decades of experience serving larger corporates like MRF and Zuari Industries. At Prabha his operational focus has been implementing company-wide systems for leanness & financial controls. His contribution to the group’s growth has been by prudent financial management through fluctuating inflows due to industry challenges."

"Mr. Radhakrishnan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from Institution of Engineers, Kolkata. He has over 29 years of industry experience in factory operations, with focus on strategic planning, production, quality assurance and new product development ensuring operational excellence. He has worked with JK Fenner India, Wheels India, Shachihata India Pvt ltd and most recently with STS Manufacturing Pvt Ltd."
